This iconic Midwestern “salad” turned scoop is back for another summer. We start with mouthwateringly rich cream cheese ice cream then fold in our pretzel crumble for a touch texture and a pop of salt. And instead of the traditional Jell-O topping, we swirl in something even better: our housemade strawberry jam packed to the brim with ripe berries. It’s a creamy, bright and crunchy celebration of this salad’s layers all in one stunningly swirled scoop—and guaranteed to steal the spotlight of any potluck spread.
